Mall site redevelopment moves ahead with North Richland Hills project

Developers are breaking ground soon on a Tarrant County mixed-use development being built on the former site of a regional shopping mall. Centurion American Development group purchased more than 50 acres on Grapevine Highway in North Richland Hills where North Hills Mall once stood. The shopping center closed and was torn down in 2007 to make way for a mixed-use project called City Point.
